If your subscription has renewed, would you like to receive the Krate you were charged for OR would you like to have your shipment cancelled and receive a refund if possible? If your subscription has not yet renewed you may skip this question.

Kindly note that your cancellation request must be received prior to the 3rd of the month if you do not wish to receive a Krate that month.  Once your subscription has renewed for the month we will do our best to honor your request for a shipment cancellation and refund, but if your Krate has been prepared for shipping a refund may no longer be available.
